Ingredients:
Indian Gooseberries (Amla): 1/2 kg
Ghee: 1/3 cup
Jaggery: 400 grams
Saffron strands: Few

Bay leaf, Cinnamon stick, Dry Ginger, Bamboo manna, Long Pepper, Cobra’s Saffron, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Clove, Black Pepper.

Chyawanprash Making Method:
Prepare Gooseberries:
Wash Indian Gooseberries thoroughly.
Pressure cook until tender (2 whistles).
Prepare Spice Powder:
Grind bay leaf, cinnamon stick, dry ginger, bamboo manna, long pepper, cobra’s saffron, nutmeg, green cardamom, clove, and black pepper to a fine powder.
Puree Gooseberries:
De-seed the pressure-cooked gooseberries.
Blend them into a smooth, lump-free puree.
Cooking Process:
Heat ghee in a broad bottom wok.
Add the gooseberry puree and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add Jaggery:
Introduce jaggery and continue stirring until it melts, thickening the mix.
Spice Infusion:
Add the prepared spice powder to the mixture and blend thoroughly.
Final Touch:
Incorporate saffron strands and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
Allow the Chyawanprash to cool before transferring it to a sterilized glass jar.
Usage Guidelines:
Dosage: Start with 1 teaspoon for babies with warm milk; adjust as needed.
Seasonal Consideration: Ideal for consumption in winters; store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf Life: Stays good for 4-6 months at room temperature.
